Meet Joe Black? Heck no, now it’s Meet Oscar Cat! This ball of feline fur has a knack for predicting when Death will come a-knocking. He’s so exact that when he curls up beside a sickly resident at the nursing home he lives at, nurses immediately call family members and inform them they have about 4 hours. Apparently he has predicted 25 deaths already and he’s only 2 years old. He spends his days patrolling the corridors and sniffing and checking out patients.

Need more? Well listen to the tale of Libby the seeing-eye cat. Libby, a 7 year old ginger cat, actually acts as the eyes and ears for Cashew, a 14 year old deaf and blind Labrador dog. The two of them are the best of friends and inseparable (although they are separated only when Libby is taken out for walks with her owner). Every night, Libby will sleep next to Cashew and in the day time, Libby leads Cashew to food and drink and even keeps Cashew from bumping into obstacles. No one taught Libby to do what she is doing! Amazing what animals will do for one another, even across species’. Makes you wonder what type of animal man is when we refuse to work with one another for mutual benefit!
